Course Curriculum

The following issues will be discussed in the workshop:

·       The importance of legible handwriting for effective communication and the legal ramifications of illegibility.

·       Proper pencil grip

·       Posture, use of the helping hand to support paper

·       Effect of one’s position on writing quality

·       Letter formation of cursive lower case letters (most time consuming aspect of the workshop)

·       Letter formation of printed capital letters

·       Number formation

·       Use and legibility of abbreviations

·       Techniques to regulate focusing

Custom Seminars for Hospitals or Medical Centers

Class Size, Costs, and Term

A 3 hour workshop can be provided to your facility at a mutually agreed upon date and time.  The number of participants  will vary, as will the location.  These varying factors will affect the costs.

Terms are as follows: One-half of the workshop charge and the total materials fee are requested at least one week prior to the first class. If for any reason one or more students drop out of the 3-hour class, the workshop charges and materials fees will not be refunded. The final one-half of the workshop charge, materials fees as well as the trip charges and hotel charges (if any) will be due immediately following the completion of the workshop.
